Rachel Surprenant, a doctoral student in education, and Jaclyn McNeil, a doctoral student in medicine, participated in the Scientific Meeting 2025 of the Quebec Society of Lipidology, Nutrition and Metabolism (SQLNM), the Cardiometabolic Health, Diabetes and Obesity Research Network (CMDO), and the MyRoad Training Platform, held from February 5 to 7.
Rachel Surprenant presented a poster about her research on screen use among CEGEP students and mental health, while Jaclyn McNeil was among the few students selected to deliver an oral presentation, a significant recognition in this conference. Jaclyn shared the results of her research project on preschoolers' media use and later weight outcomes at elementary school.
